Operations Manager - Conveyancing Bonnie Rose

Bonnie started her real estate and title industry career 2001 as a part-time receptionist, quickly becoming a full-time settlement coordinator and part-time licensed real estate associate. She’s been in management since 2006, when she was named manager of the real estate company’s newly formed Pennsylvania conveyancing division. Eventually, she simultaneously managed the New Jersey title processing team and sister title company. Bonnie joined Trident Land Transfer in 2015 as an Assistant Operations Manager, responsible for conveyancing services for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® sales offices in Bucks and Montgomery counties. In her current role, she also oversees the conveyancing teams in the Delaware and Chester county sales offices. Throughout it all she focuses on maintaining a high level of service and quality communication for all of our BHHS Fox & Roach professionals and their clients.
